What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Ricci EL. purchase. If unfortunately you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return your merchandise with all tags attached to us within 7 days of receiving for a full refund minus the shipping charges (if there was any). Please be sure to have the packing slip enclosed with the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.
You may exchange an item once with free shipping! The customer is however responsible for return shipping of the item being exchanged. The merchandise to be exchanged must be sent back within 7 days of receiving. Please be sure to have the packing slip enclosed with the item you would like to exchange. Please contact us at sales@ricciel.com to let us know what you are exchanging and what you would like to exchange it for.
Once an item has been exchanged, any additional exchanges will be charged the standard shipping price.
